2025 Outdoor Season Conditioning Home Workout
Please complete the following workouts by April 7, 2025. One workout per day. Workouts may be performed on consecutive days.

Day 2

15-20 Minute Walk/Run
Day 3

20 Squats

20-30 Minute Walk/Run
Day 4 - Intervals
30 Seconds of each exercise with 1 minute rest. Complete 2 - 3 sets with 3 minutes of rest between completed sets. Finish with a 10-20 minutes run.
